Has my order shipped?

My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?  

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

 

How do I create an account?  

1)Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

How do I edit my account information?  

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

 

How much is my shipping?  

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

I forgot my password.  

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

 

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, we purchase every pair of glasses directly from the manufacturer.

 

How can you sell your product for so much less than the stores?

We are able to sell for less, because we are willing to work on a much smaller

margin than a retail store. We are able to make a small profit on each pair, and

in return we do large volume.

 

Are all Ray Ban's made in Italy?

The Ray-Ban collection is designed, prototyped and engineered in Italy. Part of the sunglasses production for European market is located in the Italian factories.

Ray-Ban sunglasses and optical frames are also produced also outside of Italy, mainly in China, India and Brazil still under the control of Luxottica product department, ensuring top quality standards.

These manufacturing facilities are either fully owned by Luxottica or under a strict control to meet or exceed the rigorous quality standards distinguishing Ray-Ban since 1937. The production dislocation allows Ray-Ban to serve customers all over the world in an efficient way, improving time to market and distribution service, getting closer and closer to consumers and brand lovers.

Manufacturing facilities in Agordo Valley in Italy have set high standards for the whole production process. When selecting a new source, Luxottica ensures the facility is fully in line with these high standards to ensure Ray-Ban achieves the highest level of quality.

All production facilities are constantly monitored and all the products released to the market undergo the same severe quality tests.
