How long do I have to return my order?
The Gaffos.com return policy is simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item no questions asked within 30 days for a refund and 45 days for an exchange. Don't worry the return period starts from the day you receive your order.
How do I qualify for Free Return Shipping?
All orders are qualified for FREE return shipping. Except any item purchased on sale or a prescription lens or if a coupon code was used. If you don't qualify for free return shipping you can still return your order.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Gaffos.com never charges restocking fees. We just believe in them.
All returns qualify for a full refund, but prescription lenses and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can prescription orders be returned?
Prescription orders can be returned but the lens charged are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund for what you paid for the frame. The demo lenses must be returned.
How do I return my order?
Just click the link below and fill out the form and you will receive an email with return instructions. Please make sure to enclose a copy of your return form in the package, this ensures a quick turnaround time for your refund or exchange.
How long does it take for a refund or exchange to be processed?
It takes 1-3 business days for a return to be processed once it has been delivered to our return center.

Exchanges and refunds are processed with the return. You will receive confirmation of an exchange and or refund. If there is a difference in price for an exchange you will either be refunded or contacted to place a charge for the difference.
How long does it take for a refund to show up on my account
A refund can take 3-10 days to be returned to your account, depending on your bank, from the date we process the credit.
