
How do I return an item?
At Gaffos.com our return policy is easy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for an exchange, store credit or a refund minus a restocking fee. Just place the item in a box with your contact information and order number and a Gaffos.com returns specialist will take care of your return in a timely manner.
We are willing to do a one time exchange for any glasses returned for other reasons than being defective or a wrong item sent. You must request this exchange within 30 days from the order ship date.
If your product is non-defective and you do not wish to exchange it for a different pair or take a store credit, you have 30 days from the ship date to return them for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
After 30 days has passed since your order has shipped, there will be NO refunds or exchanges.
